"Mladost" is located in the southern part of Sofia and is the second most populated quarter in it.

LOCATION

Mladost quarter borders with "Tsarigradsko shosse" Blvd. and the Ring road and  has more than 100 000 residents.

The quarter has very good communications with the center, which is due to the new subway segment Serdika-Mladost.

The residential fund consists of panel and high-rise buildings mainly.

There are also many warehouses and office buildings, and even more will be built in the future. Active luxury residential construction is in progress as well.
